In order to improve quality and efficiency in project management, Thien Phat Loc Co., Ltd. has officially implemented BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology across all projects since January 2025.
BIM technology enables the creation of detailed 3D models of entire constructions, allowing engineers and architects to visualize, analyze, and optimize designs before construction begins. This helps minimize errors, reduce costs, and shorten construction time.
Ms. Le Thi C, Head of the Technical Department, shared: “The application of BIM has allowed us to identify and resolve technical issues right from the design stage. This not only saves costs but also ensures higher construction quality.”
The company has invested more than 5 billion VND in software, equipment, and staff training. Currently, 100% of Thien Phat Loc’s engineers have been trained and are proficient in using BIM technology.
